Getting Started
Click the "Sign Up" button on the homepage and fill in your details. You'll need to provide your email, create a password, and optionally enter your company name. After signing up, you can create your organization and invite team members.
Navigate to the Jobs page and click "Create Job". Fill in the job title, description, requirements, and required skills. The more detailed your job posting, the better our AI can match candidates to your requirements.
Go to Settings > Team and click "Invite Member". Enter their email address and select their role (Admin, Recruiter, Hiring Manager, or Viewer). They'll receive an invitation email to join your organization.
Uploading Resumes
We support PDF, DOCX, DOC, TXT, and RTF file formats. PDF and DOCX tend to work best with our AI parsing. Maximum file size is 10MB per resume.
Yes! Use the Batch Upload feature to upload up to 50 resumes at once. You can drag and drop multiple files or select them from your computer. You can also optionally apply all uploaded resumes to a specific job.
Most resumes are processed within 30 seconds. Complex documents or batch uploads may take a bit longer. You'll see the processing status in real-time and receive a notification when complete.
AI Matching & Scoring
Our AI analyzes resumes and compares them against job requirements. It evaluates skills, experience, education, and location to calculate a match score. The algorithm considers both exact skill matches and related/similar skills.
Match scores range from 0-100%:
- 85%+: Excellent match - highly recommended
- 70-84%: Good match - worth considering
- 50-69%: Fair match - some gaps to consider
- Below 50%: Poor match - significant skill gaps
Yes! Go to Settings > Scoring Settings to customize how much weight is given to skills, experience, education, and location. You can also set automatic thresholds for shortlisting or rejecting candidates.
